1. The service
ScriptureGuard is an evidence, review, governance, and release-assurance platform for ministry content. It helps users preserve content versions, inspect evidence, route findings, record human review, and create authorized release records.
2. Human responsibility
ScriptureGuard does not act as a pastor, elder, theological authority, lawyer, doctor, counselor, safeguarding professional, or crisis responder. Users remain responsible for theological conclusions, pastoral decisions, ministry policy, publication decisions, and compliance with applicable law and organizational obligations.
3. Accounts and authority
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding your credentials. You may use privileged functions only when you are authorized by the applicable organization. Role labels shown in the interface do not expand authority beyond what the service enforces.
4. Content you submit
You retain responsibility for content you submit. You represent that you have the rights and authority needed to upload or process that content. Do not use ScriptureGuard to upload material that is unlawful, infringes third-party rights, or violates obligations you owe to others.
5. Verification limitations
Verification results depend on available evidence, configured sources, organization doctrine settings, software logic, and human review. A finding, automated disposition, disclosure, or verified release is not a guarantee that content is theologically correct, complete, error-free, or suitable for every audience or denomination.
6. AI-assisted features
AI-assisted outputs may be incomplete or mistaken. They are drafts and aids only. Users must independently review AI-generated guidance, reviewer notes, summaries, and other assistive output before relying on or submitting it.
7. Acceptable use
You may not attempt to bypass access controls, obtain unauthorized access to another organization's data, interfere with service operation, misuse credentials, introduce malicious code, or use the service for unlawful activity.
8. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, repair, or discontinue features as reasonably necessary for security, reliability, legal compliance, product development, or service operation. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
9. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ScriptureGuard is provided on an "as available" basis without warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or appropriate for every ministry, denomination, jurisdiction, or use case.
10. Limitation and organizational agreements
Any limitations of liability, indemnity obligations, payment terms, service levels, or enterprise commitments contained in a separate written agreement control over conflicting website terms. Nothing on this page excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
